Neck or Back pain

Anyone with neck or back pain can be referred to our specialist First Contact Practitioners who will access and manage patients independently and quickly. They can organise further test including MRI and X-ray if need be. Please ensure that patients do not have any of the following:
- New numbness
- New weakness
- New bowel or urinary symptoms
If there are such concerns, then please book an appointment with a GP urgently.

Social Prescriber referral

This is a fantastic service that can help patients who are experiencing a range of difficulties. Whether its care at home, loneliness, financial or housing support, our in house social prescriber can thoroughly go through patients concerns and put them in touch with the right organisations.

Crisis/ Samaritans

This service is for anyone who is suffering with a mental health crisis. The crisis team are able to support patients, organise home visits (if required) and refer you onto further services that can help.
